Simipour, known in Japan as ヒヤッキー (Hiyakkie) is a Water-type Pokémon from Unova. Panpour evolves into this Pokémon after being exposed to a Water Stone. It is a blue monkey with a dreadlocks resembling fountain streams on its head. It also has a white and blue coat, covering its chest and most of its belly. It's got a cream-colored muzzle, belly, limbs and tail.
As Panpour forms a trio with Pansage and Pansear, so does Simipour with the latter's evolved forms, Simisage and Simisear, respectively.

Like Panpour, Simipour is based on a combination between a monkey and a fountain or geyser, and is also likely to be a visual pun on Sea-Monkeys. It may have been inspired by the Ahuizotl as well.
